Beginner Mode Guide
Beginner mode simplifies logic chains and is the best entry point for Project: Escape Room on Roblox—especially on mobile. Every map offers both Beginner and Challenge; this guide ranks the easiest starters and links to full walkthroughs with embedded YouTube guides.
Why start on Beginner?
Challenge mode adds stricter timers, denser clues, and extra steps. Rolimon data (August 2, 2026) still shows Temple Challenge near ~6.0%—clear Beginner first, then use the Challenge Mode Guide and Co-op Tips when you want rare badges.
Recommended first maps
| Map | Difficulty | Why start here |
|---|---|---|
| School | Easiest overall | Classroom codes 8263/4862, paint order, and one front key—ideal first escape. |
| Zoo | Easy | Color buttons, gift shop total 51.50, and bus fare—shorter than most maps. |
| Prison | Medium | Good second map after School; corridor code 7863 and shower pattern teach observation. |
| Pirate Ship | Medium | Card matching and cannon order 1–6—compact layout, good co-op practice. |
| Spaceship | Medium | Table math and breaker switches—step up after School/Zoo comfort. |

- Private servers support up to 10 players—great for teaching friends before Challenge.
- Office map targets August 10, 2026 (~8 days)—practice School and Lab routes while waiting.
